The Basics

Because it is impossible to reach the Natural Pool by car, you must be game for adventure to get to this natural paradise. Rugged tours in off-road vehicles like 4x4s, ATVs, and UTVs offer the fastest and easiest rides, and often combine a trip to the Natural Pool with other nearby attractions like the Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins, California Lighthouse, Baby Beach, Natural Bridge, and Alto Vista Chapel. If you prefer a slower ride, you can travel through Arikok National Park by horseback to reach the Natural Pool, taking more time to enjoy the views of Moro Beach, distinct rock formations, and the Arikok Hills along the way. And if you don't want to rough it, look for a more luxurious Land Rover tour with a driver. Regardless of how you get there, you can enjoy swimming and snorkeling upon arrival.

The jeep trip to the natural pool on 12/1 was amazing but out drivers and tour guides Brian, Wally, and the young lady (didn’t catch her name) made it especially wonderful. They were helpful, courteous, and especially respectful. They made us feel welcome in Aruba and wanting to come back. We recommend the tour to other tourists. They are an asset to your company.

Wow what an amazing day!!! Big G was really knowledgeable of the island and kept our safety 1st. The food at the end was amazing. I recommend the chicken. We even forgot our shoes in a jeep and the awesome staff dropped it off the next at our hotel.

Natural Pool Horseback Riding Tour in Aruba
Tour pick up was punctual and very polite. Better for intermediate riders than first timers but still an excellent option for a day trip. The natural springs were beautiful and look just like the pictures! Andres and Susan were wonderful guides. The horses were well-behaved and well taken care of.

Natural Pool Off-Road Safari
Great guides. Cliven and Uncle Don were great (sorry forgot the other guides name but he was great too). Good history and background of the island and we got to see most of the island in 4 hrs. Well worth it.

Was an amazing invigorating experience. I would recommend getting the goggles, worth it with the dust. Definitely a must do while on Aruba.

Sunrise hike with private guide to Aruba’s Natural Pool - Eco-friendly!
My tour guide Monica was AMAZING when I visited during Labor Day Weekend from the states. She was well equipped, easy-going, and fun to hike with in the wee hours of the morning. I would definitely recommend this experience!!

Natural Pool, Cliff Jumping & North Coast explorer by UTV
Suri and Jellu were amazing! This tour was so much fun but be aware it requires you to be physically fit and includes climbing and tricky maneuvering to and in the rock pool. Could not have done this on my own so it was wonderful to feel safe exploring the most remote places of the island.

  • Although the pool is small, its waves can be mighty—swim only when the waves are calm.

  • The pool is not accessible to wheelchair users due to the hike and many stairs that lead to the site.

Turtle Pool

The Natural Pool is also known locally as “Conchi” or “Cura di Tortuga,” because it is said that the pool was once used to hold sea turtles before they were sold. (Tortuga means turtle in Papiamento, the official language of Aruba.)
