The Basics

Arches National Park is one of Utah’s top attractions, with more than 1 million visitors each year. Whether travelers want to stroll through the desert landscape on a day trip or venture into the backcountry on a multi-day excursion, methods for exploring the park are as varied as the sandstone arches within. Travelers can learn to mountain bike amid the spectacular rock formations, take a 4-wheel tour of the park’s top points of interest, or experience the park as part of a multi-day guided journey through Utah’s most popular national parks, including Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, and Canyonlands National Park.

Our first day intro to Moab
Jean_O, Jun 2021
Arches National Park 4x4 Adventure from Moab
The views were incredible. Our driver was knowledgeable and concerned for our safety and comfort. He was an all around nice guy. Our travel mates were delightful. We couldn't have hoped for a better group. We ranged from 18 to 67 and by the end of the trip we were laughing together like family. Very good experience!

Moab: Arches National Park Self-Guided Driving Audio Tour
App works well. Would be good if it sensed your driving direction and triggered the information in both directions. But besides that- it was good.

Superb guide, incredibly knowledgeable, if you use Navtec, ask for Chance. The off road your is worth it, you need the special equipped Land Cruiser.

Arches National Park 4x4 Adventure from Moab
Mark was a wonderful guide with lots of stories and history of the park to share. He also had a great sense of humor which added to the stories. We would definitely hire Mark to guide us through a national park if the opportunity presented itself.

Arches National Park 4x4 Adventure from Moab
So much fun to go on the unbeaten path with great guides. Arches is an amazing park and by taking this tour we were able to experience the park on a different level. The air conditioned jeeps and unlimited water were very nice in the scorching heat. Our guides Jim and Mark were awesome. They put some fun into the tour with their anecdotes. They both made sure we were all taken care of on the trails and on the road.
