Scenic E-Bike Tour in the Mountains

Rudy, our guide was professional, safety conscious, knowledgeable about the area and encouraging. We rode directly behind our guide and could hear what he was saying. If you were three riders back it would be impossible to hear. . That said, Rudy made multiple stops along the tour and would provide information, point out landmarks and share local history. if you cannot hear the guide during the ride, don’t worry as your guide should fill you in with each stop you make. Really a perfect way to get a feel for the city, take in some fabulous views and get some exercise (although the electric bikes made it easy exercise 👏👏👏). Lovely lovely morning!

Guide was knowledgeable and fun. Cycling was easy in the hills, not an athletic experience! Gelato at the end was delicious. Beautiful views of the city of Asheville.

This was our first E bike experience and it couldn’t have been any better! Our guide Dave was personable, knowledgeable and fun! He was very well versed in local history and architecture. Dave also made sure we were all safe during the ride. Definitely recommend this !!!

Great trip. Knowledgeable guide gave us a fun and fact filled tour of Asheville history and architecture. You go up the mountain in the second half of the trip. The first half is a tour of various neighborhoods.

Our tour guide was very friendly, helpful and informative. The trip was very enjoyable and learned a few things along the way. Absolutely recommend the trip.

Pros: Beautiful views, shaded trail, fun guide! Our guide Harrison was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the history of Asheville & the pretty town of Montford. Very friendly with my boys and great sense of humor! The electric bikes were fun and helped with all of the hills we had to climb. Cons: Our bike company “Jus’ Running” needs to be sure to fully inspect the bikes before each tour. My husband’s bike was stuck in 1st gear the entire time. Harrison was helpful in trying to fix the bike and apologetic although it wasn’t his fault. 2nd- When I booked our tour the advertisement said we’d be riding on the Blue Ridge Parkway, when I asked our guide he said they no longer do that so we rode Sunset Mountain. The views were nice but nothing like the spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Pkwy. It was our last day in town & our only chance to see the Blue Ridge Pkwy so I was disappointed. So on our way out of town I talked my husband into driving the parkway to the first overlook. The advertisement needs to be changed so it’s clear to people if their counting on seeing the Blue Ridge Pkwy on this bike tour as we were they actually are seeing what is promised in the ad. It was still a good experience and I’d recommend it as a fun activity while visiting Asheville.

Harrison was our guide and did a good job with the tour. Stopping at various locations to tell us about Asheville History. It was a cold day and gloves were provided to those who needed them.

We had a wonderful ride and great tour guide Nick! Great way to see Asheville, the bikes were great and came in handy for the bigger hills.
