Great trip!

Miguel was an excellent guide and bus driver Pablo kept us safe and comfortable. Yes we would have loved more time but there’s only so much time in a day and this is a great deal financially. A really great local buffet lunch was also included. Worth every Penny and worth our time!

An unforgettable day

Our guides Alan and Luis were very knowledgeable. The tour of Chichen Itza was pleasant and we learned so much Mayan history. The most memorable experience was jumping into the cenote and admiring the natural beauty. I recommend the tamales at the lunch buffet and save space for a marquesita en Valladolid.

We had a great time and the trip was worth the experience. The history and the knowledge shared of the Mayan people and culture was amazing.

Good, just needs more explanation

We really enjoyed Chichenitza and the cenote. The guide was informative and friendly. The only suggestions I have would be to be more clear about the things not included such as the life vest and lockers at the cenote and explaining how the cenote works. We wasted a lot of time there confused about the process.

I loved the whole trip. The bus was great the guides were great abs knowledgeable. We had a lot of fun during this trip. My only issue was that it was hard to hear the guide where we were seated. That needs to be done a little better.

Informative, interesting and fun tour with an excellent guide!

Alan, our tour guide, was very informative and knowledgeable of the area. The tour itself was well-timed with just enough time at each location considering the heat during July! This was a great way to end our vacation in Mexico. The cenote was crowded with other tour buses, so it would be nice if Viator could pick a cenote that wasn't so crowded for a more intimate feel. The bus was super comfortable.

The shuttle never came to pick us up. One reservation said 8am pick up; one email said 7am. Still haven’t heard from anyone at all. Requesting a refund.

Best deal for this full day trip

This was an excellent tour. Why would you pay more with another company when you can get the same excursion for less money?!? Yes, everything that you will get from another company, you will get the same from them. The only additional expense would be the entrance fee, which would be $30 at the time of this review. This fee is included with the other companies if you get the deluxe package, which is still more than what you pay for with this company even if you add the $30 extra. Ruth Zamora was our tour guide, and Abraham was our bus driver. Ruth was very accommodating and took excellent care of all our needs. Please keep in mind that everything is timed to avoid overcrowding and this is in no way the fault of the tour company. There are tons of tour companies arriving at each site, and if they don’t limit the length of stay, there will be people inside more than capacity. The drive was smooth, and the guide was informative. If you are buying souvenirs, they are cheaper inside Chichen Itza than the souvenir shops in Cancun.
