Frank our tour guide and Raul, our driver were absolutely AMAZING! Frank was so knowledgeable about everything we saw during the tour and made us feel very welcomed . He even allowed us to tour Valladolid , which was a beautiful little city with the locals. Raul was an excellent driver who got us to every destination safely , did not have to worry once about anything during the tour. Would recommend to anyone!

Marco and the staff were very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the history of Chichén Itzá, the Yucatán, and the Maya. If you are traveling from one of the resort locations just know you are in for a ride but Marco uses this time to give for much needed information. A great all day venture.

Marco , the guide and Javier the driver were great . Marco was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’m giving 5 stars because of the the great information I received. I didn’t receive an umbrella as it was stated in the reservation, but it wasn’t a big deal for me . Overall a great experience.

Hit the purchase button on this one! You won’t be sorry. Be prepared for a long day, but it is well worth it. Even our teens were engaged the entire time. Chichen Itza will leave you in awe! The cenote was a refreshing treat on a warm day. This was an amazing experience and our tour guide, Marco, took it to the next level!

The tour was great, out tour guide Tony was excellent. I loved that when we got to Chichen Itza we were broken up into small groups and each group got a tour guide. Later, Tony explained more things about Chichen Itza and answered questions too.

I love this tour it was very informative and educational. I took this tour with my husband and 10 year old son and my son had a blast afterall it was his idea. Lunch was delicious and swimming in the Cenote Saamal was breathtaking..My only cons was that the tour was a bit too long and the bus tour guide talked a bit too much

Good planning.. should have been more time efficient. No stop over at old town. Guide is good but spends too much time on theory and irrelevant subjects. Little unprofessional sales approach for souvenir on the bus.

BREATHTAKING! If you are planing on going to Cancún/Playa then do yourself a favor and visit Chichen Itza. Our guide was Marco and he was AMAZING! He was knowledgeable, personable, funny, and made the whole experience memorable. This is a must do activity. The only con is that I didn’t expect to pay out of pocket for almost each destination

Good overall but sharply lacking in some things

The guide (Frank) was very insightful and well spoken about the Mayan culture and history. Opinionated but thorough and well prepared. The bus is good, above average for a 2hr ride through yucatan. The trip over all is very well planned and the guide knows how to make it flow smoothly. Overall it went very smooth and was worth it. My gripes were that at no point befire booking were we informed about: The size of the bus and amount of people in the bus in these corona times The fact that we were not to be let out of the bus in Valladolid Albeit, the week that we booked this was the week of the recent third wave in Mexico and the reports of the 88% vaccine effectiveness to the Delta variant. I also did not appreciate the passing of items in the bus. Everybody's hands touched the same object. My advice? Find a better trip if you can afford it, but if you are okay with a nice bus packed with tons of people and crying children then go ahead. They should stop passing around items and banning babies in these trips or children below the age of 8. They will not appreciate this trip and will probably be heavily annoyed by the heat.
