The boat was very comfortable and left on time. The tour guide was very informed and fun to listen to. The tour itself was beautiful and made me feel like I was on vacation even though I live in the city. I would definitely recommend!

Loved all The information related to Chicago’s history. Loved the information regarding all the buildings and architecture behind how they are designed along the lake. Loved jokes/puns from our tour guide. Never a dull moment.

Not worth the money, sound system bad unless you outside ontop.

The rain played a huge part in our tour. Too many families with kids who were not interested in listening to the narration of the tour. They were talking loudly and singing at times. People crammed together because of the rain. The sound system wasn't very good inside or on the sides of the boat. Would have been much better if we could have been up top outside. Would not recommend this tour for young kids. Wish we could have cancelled our trip. They said we could have rescheduled to a different day, but we were leaving town the next day.

Great and Sad

It was a really great experience, the guide gave as wonderful information about the city, it’s architecture, history and more ! The only bad thing was a guy part of the crew that was annoying my little boy, asking him if he was a girl because he was wearing a headband. He should be careful on asking that kind of questions to the tourists. Is a lack of respect to play with a kid about his gender . We didn’t not even receive an apologies, he just leave the place when we were asking why he did that. Crew should be trained ok how to treat people.

Jack was fantastic- the speaker kept going out on the microphone but he managed to stay professional and work with what they had. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire experience very memorable. Highly highly recommend this tour!

Horrible experience
Jock

Terrible. We paid $40 each for this tour. Before boarding, it began to rain hard- pouring rain. There was no urgency getting everyone on the boat. Ponchos were being sold for a ridiculous amount of money so those of us who couldn’t afford it were left to get drenched in the pouring rain for an hour and a half. There’s not enough room inside the boat for all 150 people, so we were uncomfortable on the top level the entire time. The tour wasn’t cut short, no refunds were issued, it was a waste of time. Never again.

Not what I expected.

The lady giving the tour was incredibly dry and not very informed about the city. Save your money. The view was nice for about 30 mins but soon followed by a smell of garbage and a whole lot of construction. The experience on the boat we could barely hear over the speaker but the boat was nice. It’s just that It wasn’t what I had hoped for.
