Great Experience! Great Tour Guide

Great experience! Great tour guide! There were 8 of us and we couldn't all get on the trolley that came to the stop. They got us our own trolley that was there within 10 minutes. The tour guide was fun and very knowledgeable. We stayed on the trolley the whole trip and got to see that island which helped us decide where we wanted to go back to. Definitely recommend and worth the money!

It was way over crowded and trolleys ran late. We continuously had to wait for a long time and then couldn’t even get on due to too many people. Ended up having to call Ubers. Waste of money and time.

We never made it because when we finally found a place to get out tickets they told us they couldn't issue them anymore that i had to go to another stop but wait for the bus. Meanwhile we walked blocks and blocks with my poor husband who was on crutches trying to find the trolley stop and no phone number to call because they told at the ticket counter they weren't the vendor who we bought the tickets for. I WANT MY MONEY BACK WHATS THE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL??

Had a little difficulty finding where to redeem voucher and original driver was no help. Waited around 40 minutes for trolley. After that got squared away the rest of the day was fine.
