No customer service. Once you book you are on your own. The directions should clearly say what app to download and bus schedule should be available for download. The tour itself is useless. I don't know how they are still in business.

I took a bus tour of Miami in 2015, and thought this was the same one, but this tour was very mediocre. It ran a very short loop, missing key points in the neighborhoods it quickly passed through (i.e., it skipped the Versailles in Little Havana, and did not even mention the Fountain Bleu in South Beach). Canned tour narration, with mostly music and few details on the sites. Bus operators had extended stops at pick up points - even taking 20 minutes to get a new driver at Bayside.

I called their phone line to get tickets for a Miami hop-on-hop-off bus. I first ended up with 2 day pass for Seattle. Bottom line: I spent 38 minutes on the phone. It was a nightmare. He didn't know what he was doing.

Purchased on line, went to stop I. Little Havana unaware that was the last stop of the day. The driver printed our ticket, not telling us that the day was over. So we purchased tickets for $88 to take a bus ride w NO opportunity to see th sights promised i. The tour, just a long bus ride we paid for as big bus (Eugen is agent I chatted with ) refused to refund me not even ANY portion of the ticket and refused to get me his supervisor, told me it was not the drivers responsibility to tell me it was the last stop of the day. May not have been his responsibility but would have been the right thing to do. The ticket is apparently good til 5:00 today, but as I explained to Eugen we won’t be able to use it today so therefore we just wasted our money. Would not recommend this tour to anyone unless I start it first thing in am. As I have never done one of those tours before I did not know how it worked and big bus was not at all helpful and Eugen also seemed to have an attitude with me

Bus times are very inaccurate. A bus broke down before picking us up and we were not notified neither via the app nor through their employee at the stop. Had to wait for another hour or so. The path on the app is inaccurate too and they changed their first 3 stops on Collins Ave. The audio tour is okay, and the path is a convenient way to see important areas in Miami in a compact way. We also did the Millionaires’ boat tour which was informative but felt rushed. A major frustrating issue is that whenever I had a question or an issue, there is no phone number, the employees at the stops really don’t have a good idea of what is going on, and the message I sent through the app was apparently an email that I got a reply to 2 days later.

Narrative didn't work at all seats, 12:55 bus never showed, finally a bus arrived at 1:55 and so crowded no room on roof. Advertisements on outside of bus make visibility on lower deck terrible. Last driver was such a poor driver (jerky) that my family got sick from the jerky movements.

We waited in the hot sun and the bus was more than 20 min late. Inside was no space to sit down. The wifi didn't work and there was no live tracking as promised. The ride was very bumpy. Don't do that tour!
