Good tour - enjoyable guide - saw lots.

The tour guide - Linda - and the driver - Roxie - were great. The tour was interesting and covered a lot of ground. It was a busy and hot day and traffic, understandably, made for some delays and waits at the various stops, when waiting for the next bus. We learned the difference between a "balcony" and a "gallery"!

Make sure the air is working

The bus ride was amazing but due to the fact the air on the 1st level was not working and everyone was forced to sit on upper deck wear the sun beat you down, was simply horrible…. It’s to freaking hot in New Orleans for the air to not be working on the bus which cost me $79 for my husband and I.

When going on the website I did not see a time that it ended cause if I knew it was going to end soon I would not have bought the tickets. When we finally was able to stop one she told us that it was ending at 5:30 and the farthest that she can take us is by Harrah’s which we just had walk from. We went from stop 6 to stop 7. She told us we can use it today since we did not get a full day pass but we leave today. I honestly think I need a refund for the 3 day passes we purchase. I will be calling the number as well.
