It is amazing and well done to honor all those that lost their lives. It was so beautiful, yet sad at the same time. Would highly recommend this, you will not be disappointed!

I really enjoyed our tour guide abd the 9/11 memorial. However, once we went to the observation deck of the new World Trade Center, I was disappointed to find that while there are provisions for the disabled in wheelchairs, they were not clearly marked and snd I had to go backwards at times and down administrative halls.
Worth every penny

Helene was a lovely and knowledgeable tour guide. I remember 9/11 very clearly but there were so many things I didn't realize I didn't know. Even though it rained a little, it was throughly enjoyable and informative. Well worth the money and time.

Our tour guide Ray was exceptional. He put his experience and perspective to life. We feel like we were present during the apocalyptic day of 9/11/01.

This was an excellent tour. Our guide, Ray, was incredible. He knew places to take us when it started to rain. He had personal experience of 911. My teen daughters were with me and they enjoyed it too. Only thing I didn't take into consideration was that we went to the 2pm tour. By the time we got to the museum they were only open for an hour. I recommend if you have the 2pm tour that you buy the dinner at the top of the observatory. It gives you a discount and you're ready to eat by that time.
