NYC One World Observatory General Admission Ticket

The view is spectacular! Even the ride up to the observation deck was very cool! We went on a Sunday late afternoon and didn’t have any lines to wait in. Scheduling was a breeze and the experience was well worth the price!

Me and my wife really enjoyed ourselves.. The view was beautiful… And it’s most definitely a must see when in New York City

It is a very well done experience. Enjoyable unique. But the real experience is the tribute to the men and women who fell with the towers on the ground level outside the building

There were no photos to add because there was ZERO visibility. What was memorable, however, was the extremely fast and smooth elevator ride to the supposed top of the building, but I couldn’t tell because there was nothing to see. As far as my daughter and I knew we could have gotten only as far as the 5th floor(!). When we arrived at the Trade Center, the electronic signs signaled “clear visibility” ( the day was very overcast at ground level so I did call earlier to see if I could cancel…. but was told I couldn’t because it was less than 24 hours). We decided to proceed ahead… At the gate we were advised that visibility was poor and did we want to reschedule. We were only in NYC for two days and didn’t know we would be back ( and no refund). Since we were already at the venue we decided ( as advised) to go to the top and at least visit the bar/restaurant. We took the elevator, and as I already stated, the ride was extremely smooth and quick—so smooth and fast that it is easy to surmise we never got above the 5th floor.. At the “top” we did walk around but certainly chose not to purchase overpriced drinks and food. We left. It would have been nice to have been able to cancel the “tour” earlier in the day for a refund, but that was not an option given to me. I couldn’t reschedule because I do not know when I would have another chance to visit… Under the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of my tickets. We could have been in a basement somewhere and had the same view of NYC as at the top of the World Trade Center. Please reconsider… Thank you, John

You ripped my wife and I off! General admission was less then what you changed us and we are angry! The view was great!

The observatory was an amazing experience and a great way to view the city. We debated whether to go at night or in the morning, I am glad that we went in the morning as you have a better view of the city. At night we would have not seen the true beauty of New York. We allotted only two hours for the tour but we could have used one more hour to see everything.

The views are great and the elevator experience is awesome. But, do NOT rent one the the I pads they try to get you to use. They are outdated with their identifiers and ours ran out of battery. Also the bar at the top requires a reservation.

The exhibit was closed due to rainy and windy weather and poor visibility. The tour operated wouldn’t allow anybody up. I need to request a refund as this was for a family that was at out of town. Thank you for your consideration

I know it sounds dumb, but both the elevator ride up and down was a journey, most memorable part for me! The whole experience was better than expected!

The woman with gray dreads at the entrance to go through metal detectors .. was the rudest person. She snapped at us that “this isn’t the airport” and how stupid could we be .. I am shocked to be treated this way .. as my husbands friend was in from Brazil and spoke no English . So he didn’t understand what she was asking about take your belt off .. I have been there before and will not tolerate this behavior from a worker there . Completely unacceptable.
