There were no headsets provided wich caused lots of discomfort since there is a lot of loud noise during the flight. There was promised an alternative language, but everything was presented in English. The ticket mentions a discount in the heliport terminal store. But no discount will be given even after requesting it.

Dear Klaas - Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were not comfortable during your flight. We do provide hearing protection free of charge for clients - there is a dispenser at our front desk. We also do provide audio through a surround sound system inside the aircraft. This audio is available in many different languages but not all. I am sorry we were not able to provide you the language of your choice. The discount at the Gift Shop is automatic. Our system is programmed to automatically take off the discount for our ticketed guests. I will personally speak to the staff to ensure they are in fact taking off the discount and not misinforming our guests. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience.
