This tour was amazing. Erica was a great and nice tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the history of Niagara Falls. The dinner was tasty, the boat ride was fun, and changing the lights of the Niagara Falls and seeing the fireworks was amazing. I would definitely recommend it. 10/10

What an incredible experience!!! Our guide, Erica, was so kind and knowledgeable of all things Niagara Falls. The whole evening was amazing, but visiting the Illumination Tower and getting to change the colors on the falls was the best part. I cannot recommend this experience more!

The tour was fabulous, Nick was great, I scored a one because I could not use my discount for the zip line I ordered through your company, right after the confirmation of this tour and I saw that it was from general admission I tried to get it corrected and I could not get a response is it from a text that I responded the email. I am being forced use a download just to get my pictures. As the aforementioned the experience of the tour was fabulous

This tour was very nice, but it wasn’t exactly what had been expected. We thought we were going to be doing a night cruise. Since we had already done The Maid of the Mist, our experience was redundant!However, the meal at Table Rock was excellent and changing the color on the Falls was fun! An extra plus was our vantage point for watching the fireworks! Our tour guide Abby was great!

Our tour guide was great. He was prompt and oucked us up at our hotel. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The boat ride was great, not a lot of people on the ride, so we could move around freely. Dinner was very good, and the illumination tower was interesting. Felt the experience was worth the money.

Somewhat disappointing. The boat ride was fun. However, the restaurant was changed and food selection was more like bar food than a fine diner. Also, the illumination tower experience was replaced with the observation tower due to Covid-19 closures. We were told ahead of time about the changes and given a small discount. On a high note, our guide, Sam was very sweet. She did her best to make our tour interesting and enjoyable.

This tour ended up being a lot cooler than I expected. I booked it online and found an online promo for 10 percent off. I did not indicate a pick up location during the booking. However, they sent me an e-mail to confirm a pick up location. On the date of the tour, I called the actual tour company (not Viator) to confirm a time for pick up. The agent confirmed a window and the tour guide showed up on time. Would like to thank Brandon for being a funny and informative tour guide, For the dinner portion, the food was okay. My only knock is our waters were never refilled and there was a hair in one of the desserts. In the end, lighting up the Falls was definitely the highlight of the tour. You learn so much about the history of lighting the Falls and you get to select a color or two.

We were taken to Queen Victoria Restaurant. The salmon was over-cooked, and bland. The food was not worth the time, and money. The server gave us an excellent service! It was a small group of couples. I was solo. The visit was on 9/13/19 @ 8:00 pm. Everyone in the group was unhappy about the meal. The cruise was fantastic, and our guide was very informative and funny!
