Great tour and informative. Lots of facts and photos that gives real somber feelings toward that sad day. But also points to the resilience of our nation to overcome a tragedy through unity. I was disappointed the boarding station was closed due to damage rendering it unsafe to utilize to travel to the Arizona memorial.

Our guide Kesi was excellent. We learned so much from him. We came away not only impacted by the profound experience of visiting Pearl Harbor and Punchbowl, but also with a better understanding and respect for Hawaiian history and culture.

Do not waste your money on a tour, drive yourself

Very disappointed, The whole reason for coming to the island was to see the USS Arizona. At pickup the bus driver told us the USS Arizona was closed indefinitely and that the company had known for several days. I have tried to get a partial refund with zero luck. They should at the very least refund the boat ride portion back to everyone. The bus driver tried to make it up by showing more of the island but ended up just talking to much. We did appreciate his effort.

Did not receive the paid for tour

We paid $139 a piece for a small guided tour, a 2 decker trolley showed up and there were about 40 people in our group. The tour guide was very nice but literally dropped us off at the gate and we were on our own! We basically received the $49 tour! One of the attractions were closed and we were not informed until boarding the trolley! I called twice to voice our displeasure and was told both times a manager would call me to resolve my complaints, no one has called me back! Do not recommend!

The tour was amazing. Our tour guy Vetti was so great. He answered all our questions and after we were done at pearl harbor, he gave us a good tour of the downtown.

Our tour manager, Cousin Vetti, was awesome! He was on time, very knowledgeable, and able to guide us around the island with ease. He gave us plenty of time to see everything as well as use the restrooms and eat. Once we got picked up, we didn’t have to think or worry about anything else.

This was such an enjoyable tour. Eli made it special due to the shoreside dock being closed at the Arizona. Small group size and very careful about Covid protocols.

Unpleasant Surprises

The planning and preparations by the Japanese were impressive. The penalties for the American leadership went unmentioned. The excursion leader, Winnie, has a lot to learn. She got some of the facts wrong, giggled inappropriately, and displayed some underwear that was not quite tucked in.
