I did not have any memorable parts because I could not get past the app communication and setting up pick up spot. Failure of the app interface and communications via the app - both through Viator and Aloha Tours failed. I have an iPhone 13Pro. Disappointing. Lost money because of a poor interface execution.

I booked for 6:30am. They called night before saying they would pick us up at 9:20. Then I got an email the next morning saying they would pick up at 7:05. That was then followed up with a phone call saying the time was 9:20. The bus was full and they originally said we were not on list. Then they realized we were from the earlier tour. The driver was very passionate and knowledgeable. He was great. Just be flexible with times if you take this tour.

Can't tell you much about the tour due to it being CANCELED on us the night before!! We booked 2 MONTHS in advance to get a text message stating the tour is canceled due to not being able to get tickets to the Memorial! I am highly disappointed and ready to share THE FACTS of this experience with all. Here, I still wait for MY REFUND which has not been received yet! Next visit I'll look elsewhere.

Absolutely the BEST tour guide. I cannot overstate how good the tour guide is. Seriously. While you are touring Honolulu he will tell riveting stories and share interesting historical facts. He has a personal connection to the island and Pearl Harbor he shares and you will laugh and cry throughout. Highly recommend. It's awesome to see the sights, too.

Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial is solemn and meaningful, as it is a huge chapter of our country and the whole world history.
We were looking forward to this trip since booking it on March 25. However, our experience was ruined by disorganized subcontractor- operator Aloha Hawaii tours. Instead of getting tickets with timed reservation we had to wait in the standby line for almost three hours, standing under 85 degree F. Because the allocated time was thus wasted we did not have an opportunity to visit USS Missouri, the submarine museum, let alone other sights or to buy any souvenirs. The driver was apologetic and promised full refund. He gave us a nice, if brief bus city tour afterwards. Nevertheless this whole experience did not allow us to get a full and significant impression, deserved by this memorial.
This is below the Viator good reputation. We used Viator in the past in Florida and elsewhere. Moreover, we booked a Road to Hana on Maui tour through Viator for June 7! I hope it will be a good one!
I expect a Viator representative to contact me via email for further discussion and to ensure full refund as well as some other credit. Thank you.
Wouldn’t go to Pearl Harbor any other way!
