We waited over 90 minutes for a tour bus. The person answering the phones did not know that buses were being rerouted and told us to just wait! When we finally went to the home station where buses wait to take off, we were told they were being rerouted! What a waste of a morning!

These type of excursions are only as good as the tour guide and driver. Both were excellent! The guide was knowledgeable, funny and helpful. The driver was amazing getting in and out of Philly traffic and narrow streets. Definitely recommend this tour

Very glad we took the tour instead of trying to do it ourselves. On top of the bus was awesome. The kids loved when we'd have to duk for the tree branches! I only wish we could have done a tour at night but I would definitely recommend to any tourist looking to see the sights!

The first day we rode the red loop around to get our bearings. Sitting on top was like whack a mole with “duck on the right” and “duck on the left” to avoid tree branches. The guide was good. The second day we made the mistake of getting off for the Rocky Steps. We waited 95 minutes for the next bus. No one told us we could have hopped on the brown Big Bus. It was not a good experience!
