Half-Day Adventure: 4x4 ATV, Water Cave and Dominican Culture At Punta Cana

It’s ridiculous sitting around for long periods of time waiting on everything. We were ready to go back to the resort before the excursion got started.

We had a great time and we loved our pics. The best part was going to the beach it was nice me and my hubby took great pics together.

Good time . Other than it being so fast paced . I enjoyed myself . And so did my group . Atv’s we’re a little busted though , but still enjoyed the excursion .

This was an amazing experience. Will definitely recommend. Our tour guide luis was amazing. He made us feel secured he told us to let him know if we didn’t want people bothering us buy stuff. Plus the pick you up from your resort. Bring tips! Favorite was learning about the indigenous products

It was definitely worth it. The guys when did our tour I honestly forgot his name was the best.. they were local staff and he give us all the proper information we needed to know. He made sure we were safe and had fun. I had some pretty nice pictures but the guy charged me a lot being that it wasn’t printed right there. They had to airdrop it to my phone and I had to print them. Other then that I had a wonderful time

We had Luis as our tour guide! Luis is AMAZINGGGGG. He understands that tourists get taken advantage of A LOT in Punta Cana, so he actually CARES and will help you if you don’t understand the money-conversion aspect of things. Super fun experience with him. Honestly, the people at the meeting place were SUPER annoying trying to sell you things. It’s okay to say “NO”. At this location, some of the people trying to sell things were VERY rude. Also, Tamara is rude. , for whatever reason, she seems miserable, and when you negotiate a price or look at them like they are charging too much for something, she gets an attitude…like you’re beneath her and broke… but the reality is, TAMARA you and your people are the ones begging for money…so who is broke? Luis is amazing - just cling to Luis! The ATVs were super fun, I enjoyed riding to the beach, Luis is so informative and celebrates new feats with you. Also, the photographer we had was FULL-energy and really happy.

This was horrible experience for my birthday. We were suppose to have a 4 hour ride time and we only got 2 hours. We weren’t told we weren’t going to the beach until we got to the atv place. Every stop we went to were rushed and could not enjoy ourselves. Some of the tour guides were very rude as well. I asked for a refund because I was not satisfied with the services we received and I was told no. So I dont Recommend this company.

This tour started out by being picked up on a large open air truck with the floor rusted out showing thru to the ground below (over the freeway). This felt very unsafe and should’ve been the first red flag. When arrived at the tour it was very disorganized and we spent much time waiting as the guide took personal calls. When the tour did start we were told there were 10 dune buggies and 10 ATVs. I booked the ATV tour and it was a big question if I would even get one. When they started assigning vehicles it was clear there were not enough ATVs and I was ignored by the not so subtle racist person assigning the vehicles. In the end I did get an ATV after being the squeaky wheel but many did not. When the tour ‘started’ we did not even receive instruction on how to use the gas or break the vehicle. There was zero safety instruction. Only about a third of the tour received helmets. The paths were very flooded and the roads were uneven and very dangerous with a high risk of someone flipping their vehicle. The other drivers with no instruction were not safe to be around. Lots of vehicles stalled out and broke down along the way. The plantation ‘tour’ was being forced to listen to a sales guy from Brooklyn sell various things. The cave was not lovely and very over touristed. Marco beach was beautiful but we only had 10 minutes there, not enough time for anything other than to stand there a few minutes and leave. I found the tour guides rude, the whole thing very very unsafe. I would not reccomend this tour.

The entire tour was a very memorable experience. The ATV ride was fun and the tour guide was very nice and ensured we had a safe and comfortable experience.

Esteban took great photos and the hospitality from the staff and tour guide was amazing. Definitely recommend!
