Private Transfers from PuntaCana Airport to hotels in Dominican Republic

I ordered a round trip transfer from Punta Cana airport to Hotel. They were outside waiting and we were in the van no our way to hotel within 2 minutes. the driver was courteous and gave us info of the area. will use again

The van driver was on time. The vehicle had good air conditioner and the driver was friendly and polite.

On time, large vans and friendly staff. The price was awesome. Will definitely use again. They also do excursions but we had already booked ours.

Quick, easy pick up and drop off experience! They helped us get out luggage in and out of the car and the air conditioning was excellent.

I prepaid my fare for a transfer from the airport to the hotel and received multiple confirmations prior to the trip both via text and email. Then 24 hours before pick up (when it was too late to cancel because of the 100% cancellation fee), they notified me it would be a significant extra charge, due in cash, when being picked up at the airport because my hotel was located outside of a specific vicinity. This was atrocious as my hotel location was included when the original reservation was made and the destination was known far in advance of the trip actually occurring. I was very disappointed in the way this business was run and feel like I was a part of a bait and switch. I would not recommend this company to other travels.

The actual ride in on the way to the resort was great. We booked them for way back to airport. Original pickup 12:50, pushed to 1pm, then said he was running late due to traffic didn’t get to us until 1:25.(Never saw the traffic on way out) Once he got to resort - driver didn’t say a word to us all the way there. We were pushing to get our flight b/c of the assesation form we didn’t know about. Overall the company could be great - But on the communication before arrival To Punta Cana. They told us we needed a covid test to enter. Went crazy the day of and In a panic thinking we needed one. End of the day we didn’t need one on the way in. They laughed it off when I sent them the correct information. That you don’t need a test upon arrival just upon exit. They said oh they change things. I would expect a transportation company would know the UPDATE regulations.

Very communicative from the start, even before travel started. I had all the information I needed to find my shuttle once we were at the airport (which was very helpful since it was a little chaotic walking out of the airport in Punta Cana) and didnt feel stressed about anything. The return was just as easy with good communication about pick up. Nice shuttle accommodations and drivers.

Pleasant driver , clean van , I felt safe. I had to wait for driver but the wait wasn’t too long . Very efficient and strongly recommend.
