Meet your guide at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum at Independence Avenue SW in Washington DC. Depending on whether you chose the morning or afternoon departure time, show up a little before 10am or a little before 1pm. Your guide makes a special stop at the Spirit of St. Louis, the custom-built, single-engine, single-seat monoplane flown by Charles Lindbergh.

If you’d like to try the freeze-dried ice cream astronauts enjoy, you can pick some up in the gift shop (own expense).
